I have a video of the crashing loop occuring here, along with the required Adobe logs for troubleshooting:. When the issue occured, I did a full uninstall and reinstall of CS6, with the CS6 package rebuilt from scratch the day I did the re-install. Presumably this means that we can't run any updates for these apps either? We can launch and use the apps so obviously Creative Cloud is seeing the licenses but how to we get Creative Cloud to recognize that apps are installed?
